  XOver,正常踮球动作的一个变化,用一只脚从另一只脚的后侧去踮球,这样形成一个简单交叉,形如X。
  它的基本动作要领及训练方法如下:
  1. Juggle the ball using both of your legs, When you hit the ball with your right foot and your about to hit it with your left foot...( Hit the ball with your strong foot. )
  2. Bring your left foot to the right side and with your right foot kick the ball up.
